Fun, Free Kids Activites This Week

Wednesday, April 22 -Celebrate Earth Day with Pottery Barn Kids.
Join us for story time featuring tales about caring for the planet, as well as other earth-friendly activities. Throughout the day, we'll be giving kids a special gift that they can plant at home!*
If you want to be sure you don't miss story time, I would call your local store and check to see what times they are reading.

April 20-26- Turn off Your Television at Barnes and Noble-
Barnes & Noble is offering in-store activities as an alternative to television, the Internet, electronic games and other screen-related diversions. Activites include: storytimes, game nights, special performances, arts & crafts, costume characters, scavenger hunts.
Take the link above and check out your local store for a more specific schedule of events.

Lowe's Build and Grow Clinics On April 25th kids can make a super cute glider. All you have to do is complete a simple three step registration and show up between 10 a.m-11 a.m. and your child will receive a free work apron, safety goggles, craft kit, merit badge and certificate of completion. I took my son, who is two, and he had a great time building a race car with his dad.

Look for Lowe's upcoming clinics and sign up fast. Each store only has 50 available slots.
