My Picks for Survey Sites

One of my favorite ways to make a little bit of extra money on-line has to be participating in marketing surveys. The surveys and usually about 20 minutes in length and I often find them really interesting. If you are interested in breaking into the world of on-line marketing surveys, these are the three sites that I would recommend.

Opinion Outpost- I can't say enough good things about Opinion Outpost. While I don't always qualify for the surveys that they send me, their surveys are consistent. Their pay system is also the most efficient that I have come across. They will pay you either by check or by Amazon.com e-codes. I like this feature because I can take a survey and can instantly receive my Amazon code. I have also requested a check from Opinion Outpost and received it within a week of my request.

Test Spin- Test spin is my second choice for on-line surveys.
The Pros: if you join you'll be eligible to earn up to $600 toward merchandise on Amazon.com by taking online surveys. You can also register with Test Spin to test new products, music, videos, websites, and more. They will pay up to $4 for taking a survey and $30 to join a focus group. The pros of Test Spin is that they will send you consistent surveys.

The Cons: these surveys can be difficult to qualify for and do fill up pretty quickly. Also you can only cash out with Test Spin in ten dollar increments and you do have to wait a few weeks for the surveys that you have taken to post.

Valued Opinions- Valued Opinions is my third choice for on-line surveys for a few reasons. The Pros: as a member of Valued Opinions you will be invited to participate in various surveys matching your current interests. For each survey you complete, you will receive a reward, typically between $2 and $5 and up to $50 for specialist surveys which will be credited to your Valued Opinions account. They also have some interesting partners such as Visa, Blockbuster, Marriot, Macy's and Amazon.com.

The Cons: it takes 28 days until your surveys post, and your account must reach $20 before you will be able to redeem your reward in the form of a gift certificate.

If you have other questions about other survey sites, I would check out The Survey Police.com they have rankings and valuable information about most of the survey companies on the web.
